A Great Turnout for the Christmas Fair!

December 4, 2018

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Westhampnett Christmas Tree Celebration and helped make it such a wonderful event! It was lovely to see such a great turnout and so many families and children.

The Chichester Flute Choir provided some beautiful Christmas music; and we had plenty to eat and drink with sweet treats provided by the neighbours!

The children enjoyed making baubles from recycled bottles which were later put on the Christmas tree on the Village Green and at Westerton. Plus the children got to meet Santa in the magical grotto.

And finally there were some beautiful wreaths produced by residents who enjoyed finding out how to create them during Karen's demonstrations.

This was truly a community event, lots of people helped, and everything was organised and provided by the community. A big thank to everyone in the community!

Hopefully we will have plenty more events, and next Christmas we should be in our own community hall overlooking the Village Green.

Thank yous
